Anouska
Anouska is ITEC Dip Anatomy, physiology & pathology qualified in Massage Therapy since 2011.
Taught by some of the best university lecturers and Osteopaths throughout the UK, Anouska regularly travels all over the UK to attend seminars and CPD courses.
Anouska specialises in myofascial release, for those who need more than a relaxing treatment. Myofascial treatments targets specific areas of the body to aid with pain relief and to make you feel more comfortable and flexible as the body is treated as a whole rather than just focusing on a specific area.
Anouska has varied experience working with clients suffering with chronic pain such as Fybromyalgia, frozen shoulders, trapped nerves, and stiffness in the neck and shoulders.

A postural assessment will be carried out to help determine the most suitable treatment for you. The treatments will be gentle and effective but for those seeking more pressure, this will be established during the consultation and during the treatment.
